StartButton is a free widget that floats an alternative image so you can skin your Windows Start Button. Comes with eight styles.
NOTE: You have to turn off your Windows Taskbar’s ability to stay in front other windows by opening its properties and unchecking the appropriate checkbox.
When it runs for the first time, the window level is set to floating. Enter Heads Up Display mode via the F8 key or Gear menu to move the Widget. Resizing the Widget can be done via the Widget Preferences in the Gear Menu.
