This Widget, while displaying the bandwidth you’re using, also logs to your hard drive the usage.
Statistics will show usage in daily or monthly totals.
Network Interface Statistics Monitor widget is a tiny application that displays, right on your desktop, info about the network traffic.
You can view the upload and the download rates.
